VaxTRIALS participated in TEDx Amador Panama
The event, held at the Pacific Center Theater, brought together researchers and scientists' ideas, shared their experience and knowledge with the attendees, and showed that they too are leaders with the potential to transform society, consolidate successful ventures, generate creative solutions for the community, and use supportive leadership to listen to people.
The event was attended by key global science and research representatives from our country, as our CEO, José Jimeno, who has more than 15 years of experience in research and clinical monitoring and based his talk on three concepts that, from his experience, achieve successful ventures: purpose, empathy and generosity.
This chain of concepts is fundamental for future research and science companies to transcend and be successful since, according to Jimeno, the best will join a project they are passionate about, that touches them, and that has a powerful purpose. A powerful purpose, led by an empathetic entrepreneur that allows them to relate to the best to produce expected results.
At the end of the event, organized by Cevaxin and the Association of Medical Students of the Universidad de Panama, the ideas built in this space for knowledge were lauded. From their experience, they committed to continue supporting the initiatives of future researchers so that their purpose of transforming health in the world continues to be a reality.
